On a Chiropractic Mission to Haiti in 2012, I was part of a 10 person team, (Drs, nurses, and staff) who reached out and treated the people of Port Au Prince, Haiti.

A definite high point of my career thus far was on a day trip to an orphanage I was treating a toddler with her mom. They had survived the 2010 earthquake and the child (9 mo at the time) was buried under debris that was their home. I treated the Mom and then the child who was in obvious pain and walked with a severe limp from the earthquake. After adjusting her I asked her to walk around, she hopped down and ran to her mom and said something in Creole that I did not understand. Her mom started crying and Mary ran up to me and hugged my leg saying “THANK YOU, THANK YOU”. The interpreter told me she told her mom “it doesn’t hurt anymore”

Through compassionate care, professional expertise, and a dedication to community service, Dr. Bachler continues to help individuals and families improve their health, mobility, and quality of life.
